AMBITION MMA & BODY BLAST STUDIO PROVIDE BOD POD TESTING AVAILABLE FOR 39.00 PER PERSON PER TEST.

Rules are… no food, drink or workouts for 2 hours prior to testing.

Clothing is minimal…  usually swimsuit is best or sport top with tight fitting “bike style” shorts.
