Vinyassa Flow Yoga:
These classes will be a mixed-level, Vinyasa-yoga based program focusing on using conscious breathing to link body and mind. Vinyasa yoga is a moderately challenging form of yoga where each asana (posture) is joined with the next to create a flowing, dance-like sequence. Since yoga is easily adapted to any body and fitness level, almost anyone can see benefits from these classes.
Zumba:
Want to sweat burn fat and learn fun Latin moves? You will LOVE Zumba. Zumba is aerobics class inspired by Latin dance moves. It’s the hottest aerobic craze out there right now and we have the #1 Zumba instructors in Minnesota teaching our Zumba classes. You will be smiling as Linda and Chhin will give you the Zumba workout of a lifetime.
Kettlebells
Are you looking for a Highly-Effective and Efficient Workout?
Our 60 minute Kettlebell class combines various kettlebell movements with bodyweight exercises to help you burn calories, improve strength and conditioning.
All Levels are welcome, and all classes have a dynamic warm up and complete progressive instruction.
Electro Pole Dance:
Flirty choreographed routines to House, Electronic, Dub-step, and Progressive House music. Each month you’ll start off with a new routine mixing spins, holds, tricks, and sensual dance movement while adding on to the routine each week that month. Dancer heels are welcomed but not required. This is a go-go style class with moves you’ll be able to take to the night club with your girlfriends all while breaking a sweat!
Cardio STRIKE:
You’ll enjoy this fat-burning, full-body workout that incorporates punching, kicking and striking contact pads. This intense high-energy class teaches elements of self-defense and will improve self-confidence and cardio endurance. Boxing gloves are encouraged.
Pole Fit:
Burn fat and build upper-body strength! If that is the kind of workout you are looking for then this is the class for you. The first half of this class is dedicated to a rigorous cardio workout taught in 5 different segments, while the second half focuses on core work and arm exercises. Everything is done using the pole for leverage or stability. Coming to this class often will get you in shape! Make sure to wear tennis shoes, bring your water bottle and hand towel, and lots of energy.
Pole Dance:
This class is flirty, sexy…and a great workout! At the start of each month a new routine is introduced and taught 8-count by 8-count for the duration of that month so the students can come back and master the moves. If you have never been on a pole before some of the moves in this class may be difficult at first, but this class is taught for all levels, whether beginner or advanced. The aim of this class is to keep your body moving around the pole, learn a couple spins, and have FUN. Although this is not a technique class in which the instructor can work with the students one-on-one, after a few sessions your pole dancing skills will improve dramatically. Wear capri pants or shorts, a fitted top, and bring your platform stilettos if you want to add extra spice to your workout. Let’s dance!
TRX Drench Suspension:
You will drench with sweat taking this total body resistance and cardio workout. You will be doing exercises you never have done before and using equipment that you never have before. This class is filled with so much variety to challenge your body and push you like you’ve never been pushed before in any other class.
TRX Rip Cage:
As one of the HOTTEST new classes here at Ambition Training Academy, The Rip Trainer from TRX employs an innovative resistance cord system to create a variable, unbalanced load that enables development of core strength, explosive power, flexibility and endurance through movement patterns related to everyday life and sport. All delivered in the training environment of our OCTAGON CAGE!!! Shoes… NONE or Wrestling Shoes allowed in the CAGE.
TURF CIRCUIT :
Provides you with an opportunity to try some unique, cutting-edge exercises (some outdoors, weather permitting) that will increase your state of health, well-being and endurance. No two workouts are ever the same. This class is appropriate for and will challenge all fitness levels.
