Personal & Group Circuit Training

Personal Training is an essential part of our gym.  With today’s economy we wanted to make it simple to use a personal trainer without the high price in most gyms. We have included working with a trainer in all of our packages. We designed a system catering to groups for circuit training 5 days a week. Our group circuit training cover’s all fitness levels, and will be a good challenge for the beginner and advanced fitness levels.

Its simple if you sign up for a session of group circuit training, a personal trainer will be expecting you. We will still have personal one on one training for those who desire more one on one attention at an additional fee.
